A functional, high intensity boot camp style class which uses everyday actions such as pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, moving, lunging and squatting. Using prowlers, rowers, slam balls, power bags, kettlebells, suspension straps and punch bags amongst others, for a short, fast paced, high-intensity workout that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat!
